SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Special rates are applied to heavy and bulky items requiring separate shipping. Readdy Gleddy, Inc. emails tracking detail upon shipment of your order.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Express & Overnight
Express and overnight delivery orders for in-stock items placed prior to 2 PM MST ship same day. Orders received after 2 PM may ship the following business day. Standard Express and Overnight orders deliver Monday through Friday. Express and Overnight deliveries MAY be available on Saturday at additional shipping cost. Contact us for details and availability of Saturday Delivery. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
Cancellation
A request to modify or cancel an order can be done by calling us at 801-466-4645 through the Shipping department. As part of our efforts to provide superior customer service, orders are typically processed within hours of the order being placed. NOTE: Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
P.O. Boxes
Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS require a physical street address for accurate delivery. They are unable to deliver to a PO Box unless that PO Box is located within a storefront mailing service office.
No shipping outside of the continental United States.
Disclaimer
Readdy Gleddy, Inc. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays cause by conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions. Requests for replacement product or credit on merchandise claimed shipped but not received are subject to review and investigation. The customer is responsible for all costs if the customer provides an incorrectly addressed order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return/Refunds/Exchanges must be done within 30 Days of Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns must be preapproved by Readdy Gleddy, Inc. and accompanied by a copy of the RMA form provided upon approval.
All returns must be returned with prepaid postage in the original packaging and in as-new condition.
Restocking Fees:
We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Special Order Item Returns:
Special Order items are not eligible for return.
